1959 ELISE BRIDESMAID Doll. This breathtaking Elise doll is gorgeous, my pictures just do not do her justice! I could ramble on and on about her beauty but let’s get to the nitty gritty and talk about her flaws: Elise does have a bit of a lazy eye, her eyes open and close wonderfully and both have full lashes but her left eye droops a tiny bit when open… I have made zero attempt to fix anything on this precious doll, modern dolls I have no problem fixing up but these rare vintage finds intimidate me very much! She has two tiny rubs of her cheek blush on her left cheek. She is missing and earring. Hair is stunning in original set. All her joints work great! Her pearl necklace has lost is luster. Her Outfit: Dress is showing it’s age as it is now a dull pink, probably could use a good washing. Hat is also a dull pink but my camera is picking it up more tan color. Hat flowers are dingy and smooshed. Elastic of her slip and panties is stretched. There is a stain (pictured) on the back bottom edge of her slip. Outfit is tagged and tag is in great condition. Her shoes are nice and retain their heels. She has a Theriaults tag on her wrist but no info filled out in it. With just a little sprucing up you could get this girl back to her original glory! She would be stunning in your collection! Stand is NOT included. I do not have her original box but she will be packaged with care.
