Cissy wears a gorgeous full red floral cotton dress with a bit of a drop waist. The bodice is embellished with three flat back diamond crystals and a black velvet bow. This dress was specifically designed as an haute couture outfit by Karen Parker of sewspecialties268. A full white taffeta crinoline enhanced petticoat and panties complete the dress. Cissy wears black lace enhanced gloves and a large black straw hat adorned with red velvet flowers. Her ensemble is completed with stockings and red, crystal embellished strappy high heels. Cissys body is in excellent condition with no splits or cracks. There has been one flawless invisible repair to her upper left thigh. Her lovely blonde coloured. Hair is perfectly coiffed into a do with bangs and a curly ponytail. Her blue blue eyes open and close perfectly and all her joints operate smoothly.
