Welcome to my auctions! She is 20 tall, made of hard plastic with soft vinyl jointed arms. She is stunning in her lemon yellow dotted swiss dress with white puffed sleeves. Black velvet bows on her skirt and velvet laced through eyelet around her neck. Under the dress is a white nylon taffeta slip and undies. Nice tight Cissy stockings and black Cissy shoes. Her face is gorgeous with high cheek color, full lashes, full red mouth and matte finish. Her deep auburn hair is pulled back to her neck and is tied with a black velvet bow. Her accessories are a black straw hat with yellow flowers, black straw bag and lemon yellow nylon gloves. Her only jewelry is a pair of gold ball earrings. She has had a spa day to enhance her face. Her beautiful dress was made from vintage fabric. Dress, slip and undies were done by an excellent seamstress. Doll has no cracks, no odors and is clean. From smoke free home. Vintage 1950’s Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Hard plastic with vinyl jointed arms. Stitched part strawberry blonde wig. Tagged coral taffeta dress. Vintage sequin cocktail hat with veil. Presented here is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She has a hard plastic jointed body with vinyl jointed arms. Stitched part strawberry blonde/ light red wig in curls with bangs. Blue-green sleep eyes that open and closes with thick hair lashes, painted under lashes, nice coloring, coral mouth, pierced ears with rhinestone drop earrings. Marked on the back of the head “ALEXANDER” under the hair. She is wearing an original 1950’s tagged long coral taffeta formal gown, it has prong set rhinestone accents at the neck and side. The dress is lined and has a net, lace trimmed, slip attached at the waist seam, overall excellent vintage condition, shows some age. Underneath she has a full cotton petticoat with tulle lining and a ruffled hem, her panties are white with peach bows. Cissy has a vintage long white faux fur cape, it is satin lined, ties with satin ribbons in the front. Her cocktail hat is absolutely fabulous it is embellished with sequins, it has a wired edge and original veil with velvet bow detail, it is original 1950’s. She has white plastic molded high heel shoes, one shoes has the loop broken at the ankle strap but still shows nicely. Cissy is all set for a formal event and she is fabulous! This is a Stunning Madame Alexander Cissette Doll in #916 tagged crisp version of the Navy Blue Taffeta Dress. She has high color to her cheeks. In her book Cissette A Complete Guide to the Madame Alexander Dolls by Marjorie E Merrod M. She states that this dress is a variation with the blue and white sheer blue and white dotted organdy puff sleeves, sash and pleated back inset. The organdy has not aged in color as viewed in person. The tagged taffeta dress is in super crisp clean excellent condition. Cissette is a 9 inch hard plastic doll in very clean condition. She is also wearing her basic clean and pristine chemise under the dress. Her hard plastic torso has pink color transfer front and back (below the waist). She is also wearing red elastic high heels and small rhinestone earrings. Her hard plastic body is super clean with tight joints, Her arms hold a pose and her medium blond zig zag stitched wig is absolutely beautiful. It is in the original very very shiny set with long curls to the nape of her neck. She has high color to her cheeks, peach eyelids, pink nail polish, full face paint and coral pink lips. Smoke and pet free. Additional: The color transfer, particularly red/pink, is usually from something she once wore. At the time this doll was produced, red dyes were very unstable, not like today. If you laundered an article of red clothing with your “whites”, you would have pink whites at the end. So she wore something red at one point in her life. I believe she is around 1958 or 1957…. She comes with her tagged dress and her pink slip… She also come with her 2 piece nightie outfit… Has a white pantiehose and a type of material hat… Also, she comes with a straw hat and a black purse…. ALL THE CLOTHES ARE FREE WITH THIS ADD… YOU BASICALLY ARE PAYING FOR THE DOLL & getting the clothes free.. She has type of dark blonde type hair, blue type color eyes, has her eyelashes, has knees bend and elbows bend, she has no cracks in legs or arms, only when looking really inside one hip area there is a very small start on legs at ends… But this has been there for a long time… Oh, her hair at top may need some curls, looks to be maybe cut long ago… But I like her the way she is… She has the only pair of shoes she is wearing and there is no others… From last owner, slip has some folds from the iron… In the 2 piece outfit, there is two places for some threads coming apart, but here is one place just needs to be resewn or just leave the way it is…. She has a hard plastic jointed body with vinyl jointed arms. Stitched honey blonde wig in curls with bangs, the hair is swept over the part in the center, curls in the back. Blue-green sleep eyes that open and closes with thick hair lashes, painted under lashes, nice coloring, coral mouth, her ears are not pierced. Marked on the back of the head “ALEXANDER” under the hair. She is wearing an original 1950’s dress by Deluxe Reading in coral chiffon with and attached net petticoat and. With prong set rhinestones. Underneath she has ivory satin panties and white strappy ankle strap high heels. Her accessories are fabulous, she carries a vintage white faux fur stole, it is satin lined with wired edges, it has a faint bluish spot on the inside lining only, it is fastened with a 1950’s rhinestone starburst brooch. With beads and jewels, it has feather trim and a full veil. The clothing is in excellent vintage condition, there is a very small darker spot on the hem of the dress, normal vintage flaws, no noticeable damage. There are some reflections in the photos. Beautiful bright Face coloring with green Eyes that open and close easily. Her Body is in excellent condition and tightly strung. Both Knees bend fine. Cissette is wearing a Cissette flocked net pink Gown with tagged pink taffeta Slip, taffeta Pantaloons, Nylon, Cissette type white Shoes with vintage Hat. Vintage 50s Madame Alexander 20 Cissy doll new dress and slip

Gorgeous water colored bright pink floral fabric with a very nice drape. This dress is fashioned after the camellia dresses of 1958. The dress features a tightly pleated waistline on the skirt and a form fitted bodice lined fully in white organdy. All seams are finished. The dress closes with 4 square snaps. The inside waist seam is serged, and the skirt has a hand sewn hem. At the waist is a wide bow and a floral corsage. This fabric is from the 50’s and was cut from 36 wide fabric. It is clean, no odors, stains or issues, and has never been laundered. Also included is a nylon slip with two rows of gathered tulle. Thank you for understanding.
