VTG Madame Alexander Portrait Doll in Cissy Forever Yours, Pink Bride Outfit 21

Featured here is a lovely blonde Madame Alexander Portrait doll dressed in the Collectors United Convention Doll Bridal outfit, Forever Yours. The doll has full blonde hair and a pink complexion, pink cheeks, pink lips and painted fingernails. The Bride dress is pink and white and features a pink an white striped underskirt and very full cotton and tulle slip trimmed in pink ribbon and white patterned lace. The pantaloons have the same matching lace and pink ribbon. She wears white filmy stockings beneath her pantaloons and has white velvet boots with laced high tops on her feet. The dress features a lovely vintage square collar with pink trim, accented with a pearl stud. The dress features a white striped, scalloped over skirt trimmed in lace with long lapel like pieces that extend from the waist down over the skirt and feature the same pearl studs as is on the collar. Beneath is a very full pink and white striped circular skirt that snaps at the waist in back. It is separate from the dress. The dress has a wide white satin ribbon sewn to the waistline that ties at the back. The hat is a lovely, fussy bandeau in pink and white striped fabric, the same as the underskirt, with white satin ribbons and trim to match the dress, and pink and white roses with fussy tulle accents all way round the hat. Its elastics hold it on her head. This doll came to me with the green hair ribbon which I left in place under the hat, as it went well with the green leaves on the flowers on the bandeau. The flowers on the hat are one one large white satin rose and two beautiful tightly wrapped pink paper rosettes. In one hand, she carries a pink draw-string purse, with white satin bow and long white ribbon ties and a lovely long white silk tassel. In the other, she carries a bouquet of vintage flowers (MADE in JAPAN) — of vintage wired white blossoms, buds, green leaves and one large, central white rose. The bouquet is tied to her wrist with pink floral ribbon. This doll will come with a strand of choker length white pearls around her neck. These and the bouquet I added to her original outfit. This doll is tightly strung and holds poses well. She does not have a twist waist and she does HAVE FLEX KNEES but not flex elbows. I take great care to wrap and pack my dolls so that they do not get crushed or move around in transit. No props in the photos are included in this listing — only the dressed doll with her accessories. The doll stand is not included. My home is SMOKE FREE and PET FREE.
