We offer for your consideration a gently displayed 1952 only vintage Madame Alexander 29 complete soft plastic vinyl and cloth Alice in Wonderland doll. She is stunning and was well preserved by the original owner. She was not a play doll and only a display doll. Her highly blushed cheeks are exquisite and perfectly round. Her hair is long, thick, and set in the original style with only a few fly away hairs you may want to restyle. He eyes are bright, engaging, and unclouded. She appears so fresh, clean, and displayable; she looks like she was made just 10 years ago. Her tagged dress is satiny, clean, and in amazing condition. The sleeve ends are still stretchy. The white apron pinafore is bright, white, and beautiful. She displays perfectly in her custom made, original, and tagged blue dress. Her dress and panties are bright and attractive clothes with well attached snap buttons on the dress. You can see her tights are most likely original- they fit her so perfectly; the waist is still stretchy, and they show no wear, discoloration, or age. Her original shiny black Mary Jane shoes fit her well, and they are totally intact and clean. The bottom of both of her shoes is a soft sole. She was displayed on a chair by the original adult collector. The doll was stored in a cool dark room in her pet and smoke free house. She is free of any odors, issues, or blemishes. Her blonde hair is still tied back in her original bow with a lovely style of long soft curls. Her hair is full and well attached to her wig cap. Her face is an even color with a bright and even blush. Her sleep eyes open and close easily; they are unclouded with totally intact eyelashes. She shows no noticeable age or discoloration. We left her as is to preserve her in the original found condition. She shows no issues or flaws. Her cloth body is sparkling in the condition and absolutely clean and gloroius. Her coloration is much more bright and blushed than she appears in her photos. She is complete with no chews, splits, or obvious damage. She does not have any open seams or major noticeable detracting negatives. Her hair is uncut and close to the original style. We listed two other Edith/ Kelly/ Marybel face dolls this week from the same collection. She is truly one of a kind in her condition. Her face is colored exactly the same as her limbs. Her lips and cheeks are highly blushed. Her lips are full and pink. She appears flawless until I really scrutinized her. In one sof the photos you may see several smudges or marks on the left side of her forehead. I did not even notice until my daughter pointed it out. She has a real small minor thinned spot, or hole, on the top of her tights near the waist. The tights are thick and strong, so it does not affect the integrity of her bright white tights. She also has a small smudge or mark on the top back of one of her arms. Thank goodness for the young eyes of our 13 gear-old daughter. She pointed out these little unnoticeable blemishes. This doll is one of hundreds of dolls from an adult lady collector. She is moving and downsizing her vast doll collection. Many of the these dolls are from the 1920s through the 1960s; they may show some minor age for their age because they are between 100 and 60 years of age. Many of these were from the original owner’s collection of displayed, but not played with, dolls. Some of the older dolls were from her mother’s collection.
